1. EsuWiki is an independently operated website and is not affiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation. Consequently, the Neutral Point of View (NPOV) standard does not apply. Generally, EsuWiki contributors utilize subjective opinions to expose and present objective facts. EsuWiki does not exercise censorship over content except in cases involving violations of U.S. law or demonstrably false information. Please be advised that some content on EsuWiki may contain hyperbole, emotional language, subjectivity, or bias.
2. EsuWiki maintains no inherent political stance. If you encounter political discourse, please use the "Report" button or contact us via email. Such content will be removed according to the following criteria:
   1. EsuWiki cannot and should not control the political views of its users, as this is a fundamental human right. If your rights have been disregarded elsewhere, it does not justify infringing upon the rights of others here.

3. Although EsuWiki is registered as a commercial entity due to legal anonymity constraints, it operates as a non-profit organization. Therefore:
   1. EsuWiki does not charge fees in any form, except for services explicitly listed on the official website.
   2. Any service involving account registration, creation, editing, or deletion for a fee is considered fraudulent. If you have suffered financial loss, please contact us; we will provide legal assistance.
   3. Should the EsuWiki accounts show a surplus, the balance will be donated to public welfare or charitable organizations (e.g., The Tor Project).
4. EsuWiki is a community-driven website. The management team consists entirely of volunteers. The sole method of contacting the administration is via the official email address listed on the homepage. Please refer to Help:Content Policy.
