How to Request Content Removal

Drafting Your Request

Please ensure your request includes the following:

  • Reason
  • Sufficient evidence
  • Proof of identity (Optional)[1]
  • The URL of the content you wish to remove and the specific fragments
  • Your signature or electronic signature

Submitting Your Request

  • Submit via the contact email published on the homepage (Chinese, English)
  • Submit via the Telegram group or private message (Chinese, English)
  • Submit via CloudFlare by checking "Forward to website owner" (English)

The following are incorrect submission methods; requests submitted via these methods will result in us being unable to receive your request:

  • Submitting requests to institutions outside the United States (Institutions outside the US have no jurisdiction over this site and strictly speaking, there is a high probability they will not forward your request to us).
  • Mailing a lawyer's letter (Our address is a virtual address, and the loss rate for international mail is extremely high; please send via email instead).
  • Submitting via CloudFlare without checking "Forward to website" (The host provider will not forward or process your request).

Strictly Prohibited Content

  • According to 18 U.S.C. § 2252, the distribution or possession of pornographic or nude photos of children under the age of 18 is a criminal offense.
  • According to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), this site does not provide services to any children under the age of 13. Collecting information on children under the age of 13 is also illegal; therefore, this site also refuses such explicitly illegal content.

Hacking Behavior

Hacking behavior and most Social Engineering behaviors are undoubtedly violations of privacy rights. If you publish information obtained through such channels, you may be prosecuted by the rights holder. Since the site management team consists of volunteers rather than professional data experts, this site does not have the ability to identify the source of information. Unless your passwords, secret documents, or similar information are published, this site cannot process such content removal requests (e.g., if you wish to remove photos).

Injury-in-Fact

If you publish information that may cause injury-in-fact (e.g., identity theft, financial fraud), you may be prosecuted by the rights holder due to vicarious liability. This information usually includes:

  • Photos of Identity Documents
